Ran in while double parked and the quickest, friendliest and most knowledgeable staff helped my 7 year old son pick out, try on and purchase shorts and when they saw us looking at jackets immediately told us they weren't waterproof (it was raining) but ran to the stock room and sourced a hooded, super lightweight, waterproof jacket. We purchased both items and didn't get a parking ticket. That's how fast they were!!!

This store and thier associates are great. I went in with a product that unfortunately was damaged due to a situation, the associate, (I didnt even catch her name) went above and beyond to help me. She was empathetic and understanding to the whole situation and thats so hard to find now a days. I couldn't ever thank her enough! I hope she sees this! You made a difference ❤️

I thought South End was an interesting choice of location for Patagonia. Happy it was there when the weather turned colder on one of my visits to Charlotte, and I found a great vest, on sale. Associates were helpful.
